How do we book a van?
Send an enquiry with your date, address, guest numbers and preferences. We check availability and practical details and get back to you with a quote. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
What do we need at the venue?
Tell us about access, the ground surface and where the van will be parked. We will agree on space, power and any other requirements for your chosen van before the event. As a rule, we take care of everything.
Can we combine several vans?
Absolutely. Tell us which coffee and food vans you would like in your request, and we will check availability, quantities and how to coordinate the service.
Can the menu suit our guests?
Share your menu preferences, allergies and dietary needs. We will explore the options with you; special alternatives are only agreed once included in your quote.

We mainly serve Greater Copenhagen, but are also happy to travel to larger gatherings and events elsewhere in Zealand.
